It includes a whole hour of personalized time where the Mom Mentor talks through tips and tricks to get connected to the core and pelvic floor before and right after baby arrives, suggestions for ergonomics and home set up, strategies for communication and family bonding, and even ideas for managing mom's own sensory and physical needs. Mom gets to learn how to protect herself or heal from common postpartum challenges related to the core/pelvic floor, prevent/get rid of pain related to momming tasks, feel heard and supported by friends and family to get her own needs met as well as baby's, and feel more regulated and less overstimulated by all the newness in the huge transition.

Follow-up chat sessions are done over a free app called Marco Polo. This allows Mama to think of questions that may come up after baby arrives, and ask them whenever they pop up in her mind - even at 3am during a late night feeding! The Mom Mentor responds within 48 hours with encouragement and strategies. Mama doesn't have to feel alone!!
